Most common extraction complication of maxillary molars and premolars is the root being dislodged into the maxillary sinus. Generally Caldwell Luc procedure is applied for patients to take out tooth particules from that sinus side. This case report is about a patient whose maxillary impacted canine root has dislodged into the maxillary sinus during surgery and its removal by a Caldwell-Luc operation.
