The Evaluation of the Law Right to Know and Concept of Freedom Information

Abstract

The democracies of present day are transparent administrations accepting freedom information. The concepts of democracy and transparent governments are used in synonymous meanings because it in accepted that the power of policy will not hide anything from the people in democratic governments. The understanding of Weberian management learning against traditionality lost its validity in understanding of modern democracies. The concepts like transparency, open society, countirity and freedom information gained importance in understanding of modern management. In this study, the progression processes of right to know with its effects in the world and in Turkcy are going to le evauated.
