Abstract
The Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq today is the most prominentIraqi forces against the occupation, and the activities are many and varied tomeet the consequences of the occupation. We will talk in these pages about therole of the Authority and its experience in managing the crisis created by theU.S. occupation, and submitted during this period since its inception, whichcoincided with the beginning of the U.S. occupation of Iraq and to this daythat agree solutions to the eighth anniversary of the occupation, and beforepresentation of these ctivities must Narj the defi nition of two themes two, I:defi nition of who caused the crisis, a U.S. occupation of Iraq, and the seconddefi nition of the Muslim Scholars, and then we will move beyond to view whatwas done by this body in the context of the axis that we’re talking about.
