Overview of International Council of Nurses 2017 Theme

Abstract

The International Council of Nurses (ICN) determines a theme each year to create and maintain professional culture among nurses, to reflect shared professional values, to attract all nurses' attention to universal problems, and to reflect the responsibilities of nurses. The theme for 2017 is "Nurses: A leading voice in the attainment of Sustainable Development Goals". The aim of this review is to summarize and collate the main points determined by the ICN for the benefit of our country's nurses.
