Abstract

As a result of the developments in the fields of technology, communication and transportation, the world is becoming more and more diverse. Consequently, it is natural that in almost every society, the profile of the library user from different cultures is also importaant. Libraries, having indisputable signiuficance in the educational and cultural development of individuals, are those institutions that make all the effort to provide equal opportunities for their members.
