Embeddedness in Network Organizations in Television Content Production Industry: An Empirical Study in Turkey

Abstract

This paper investigates the notion of embeddesness and trust in the relations among parties in the television industry in Turkey, which demonstrates typical network-type organization structure. A questionnaire has been addressed to 61 enterprises doing business in the industry and 38 enterprises returned the questionnaire.
