One of the etiologic conditions responsible of opsoclonus-myoclonus-ataxia syndrome (OMA) is neuroblastoma. The aim of this study is to present two neuroblastoma cases that were diagnosed due to this syndrome and review the diagnostic and therapeutic modalities. Among the cases aged 14 and 18 months, one had a stage 3 neuroblastoma with adrenal origin and the other had a mediastinally located stage 2 ganglioneuroblastoma. Although total excision was achieved and chemotherapy was administered, OMA syndrome persisted in the early periods of treatment in both cases. One case has required the administration of high dose immunoglobulin therapy.
