Dialogic versus Dialectics

Abstract

The aim of the article was to evaluate Sennett's book-"Together", which was also published in Turkish in 2012. Within this framework, the concepts of "dialectics" and "dialogic" which are in the focus of the book were exemplified and explained on the basis of cooperation. As a result, one of the distinguishing features of human beings, "cooperation", was discussed through close and distant historical examples.
