Abstract
Dental implant applications are complicated treatment methods which include surgical and prosthetic stages. The intraoperative and postoperative complications may cause high-risk of morbidity. Aesthetic problems which are classified in late period postoperative complications are the cause of reduction of treatment success and patient satisfaction Hard and soft tissue grafts may be used in the solution of aesthetic problems of dental implants.. Autogmfts, allografts, xenografts, alloplastic materials and guided bone regeneration may be used in hard tissue grafting. In soft tissue grafting autogenous graft material and allogmfts are frequently used. In conclusion, it is observed that hard and soft tissue grafting before prosthelnic loading is more successful in the solution of aesthetic problems that may occur in the future. It should not be ignored that for aesthetic success in dental implants accurate diagnosis, planning, appropriate surgical technique and follow ups are important.
