dc.description.abstractObjective: Food production in hygienic conditions is important for a healthy diet at all levels of food production. We aimed to perform some microbiologic analysis of air and water samples taken from the kitchens of Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, and perform parasitologic analysis of feces from the kitchen personnel.
