Bone scintigraphy in large complex odontoma located in the mandibular angle

Abstract

Attempts were made to describe via bone scintigraphy, a large complex odontoma localized in the mandibular angle. Furthermore, mention was made of all pathological processes that might be diagnosed by bone scintigraphy, as well as the intramandibular application of the method. On the lesion by defining it with computed lateral and anterior projections. The indications and advantages of the method were discussed.
