Investigation of Pb-Zn Mine Tailings Utilization as Fine Aggregate for Shotcrete

Abstract

The disposal of high amount mine tailing on the surface is caused a lot of problems in terms of environmental impact. Unfortunately, it is known that classic disposal techniques such as tailing dam cannot provide a solution these problems. So mine tailings are used in different production such as shotcrete. This technique is becoming increasingly common during recent years.
