Abstract
Hubushkia has its own unique place in terms of its relation between Urartian and Assyrian Kingdoms. Generally localised to the rocky region south of the Urartian Kingdom, Hubushkia's literary information is provided through Royal Assyrian inscriptions. Hubushkia rich in iron and copper mines which are very valuable for Assyrians and Urartians, has seen constant expeditions of Assyrian Kingdom through ca. 300 years. Although, there is no concrete proof of any relation among Urartian Kingdom and Hubushkia resided by nomad or seminomad Hurrian tribes which had an economy depending on the livestock, it is assumed that historical and cultural interconnection exists between the two.
