Color Doppler sonography in cold thyroid nodules for malignancy prediction

Abstract

The aim of the present study was to assess the usefulness of thyroid nuclear medicine studies, fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) and color doppler sonography in the evaluation of thyroid nodules. Our study group consists of 81 patients with a solitary hypoactive thyroid nodule or with multinodular goiter having dominant nodule.
