Royleinine, a new norditerpenoid alkaloid from Delphinium roylei

Abstract

A new norditerpenoid alkaloid, royleinine (I) has been isolated from the aerial parts of Delphinium roylei Munz, along with three more norditerpenoid alkaloids, isotalitazidine, condelphine and senbusine-C. The structure of 1 has been established on the basis of its spectroscopic data (IR, HRMS,H-1, C-13, H-1 - H-1 and H-1 - C-13 COSY and NOESY spectra).
