dc.description.abstract | Respecting human rights and considering oneself responsible for the effective management of the institutions providing opportunity for the representation of ideas and interests as well as assuming that responsibility necessitates ethical consciousness. Ethics analyzes the concepts, such as good, right, beneficial, wrong; in the same way, it is a system of principles, values and standards both in individual and collective behavioral relations. However, the bureaucratic and hierarchical order in public administration displaces the managers from the employees and makes them avoid taking responsibilities related to each other. Here the most important factor is the concept of esoteric management, which emerges as a burden for the public to realize the management and execute the requirements of it. The aim of this study is to examine the negative effects of esoteric management over individuals and analyze them from ethical point of view. | |
