dc.description.abstractObjective. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multisystem autoimmune disorder. Early-onset, familial, and/or syndromic SLE may reveal monogenic pathologies. The aim of this study was to examine genetic associations in patients with early-onset or familial SLE.
