dc.description.abstract | Tc-99m-labeled RBC scintigraphy is an easy and noninvasive method in the evaluation of gastrointestinal bleeding. However, the detection of small bowel lesions with bleeding is often found to be difficult. Primary neoplasms of the small bowel are unusual and constitute 1% to 5% of all gastrointestinal tract neoplasms. In this study, we report a case of gastrointestinal bleeding resulting from primary gastrointestinal B-cell lymphoma in the small bowel, which was successfully detected with Tc-99m-labeled RBC scintigraphy. | |
