dc.description.abstractIn this study, methane emission was measured using micro gas chromatographic methods in Hasdal and Yakacik sanitary landfill areas in Istanbul City. Methane levels were found as 27.76-36.90% in Hasdal and 13.52-51.78% in Yakacik. Methane effects oil environmental and public health were discussed.
