dc.description.abstractIn this work, a novel, compact, wide band two-bit digital phase shifter topology based on modified symmetric lattice structure is proposed. The proposed phase shifter circuit is implemented employing the commercially available 0.18 m silicon CMOS technology. It is exhibited that the new phase shifter topology provides over 3-13 GHz bandwidth with less than 5 rms phase error.
