dc.description.abstractThere was a statistically significant difference (P < 0.01) in the iron, copper and zinc values between the healthy and foot and mouth disease affected sheep. The results showed that there was subclinical inadequacy in iron, copper and zinc. levels of-sheep. This was considered as a predisposing factor in the etiology or variation in the severity of foot and mouth disease in Diyarbakir provinence. Addition of iron, copper and zinc in the rations were strongly recommended.
