dc.description.abstractNeutron activation cross sections were measured for the Ti-46(n,p)(SC)-S-44m, As-75(n,p)Ge-75m, Mo-97(n,p)Nb-97m and Mo-92(n,2n)Mo-91m reactions leading to short-lived nuclei at the neutron energies from 13.6 to 14.9 MeV. Corrections were made for the effects of gamma ray attenuation, coincidence summing, puls pile-up, dead time, neutron flux fluctuations and scattered neutrons. Statistical model calculations taking into account precompound effects were also performed for all the reactions investigated.
