dc.description.abstractPurpose: It has been investigated that whether or not the combination of valproic acid (a histone deacetylase inhibitor) with anthracycline-based chemotherapy (FEC: 5-fluorouracil+epirubicine+ cyclophosphamide) would change the cytotoxic effects of FEC in breast cancer cells.
