dc.description.abstractBackground: Nasal ketorolac challenge with modified oral aspirin challenge is a safe and effective alternative for desensitizing patients with aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease. In addition to clinical judgment, objective tests assessing nasal flow may help in diagnosing nasal reactions.
