dc.description.abstractThe presence of necrotic tissue and bacteria may cause the persistence of infection in root canals. The aim of this study is to compare the antibacterial efficacy of standard irrigating procedures with 2.5% NaOCl and 17% EDTA using the laser techniques of Nd:YAG and Diode lasers on 176 extracted single-rooted teeth.
