dc.description.abstract | The discussions about the thesis that modern state structures have been transpassed by globalization and became anachronic elements, are misleading. Because, by the help of these discussions, the non-Western states are put under pressure in a way which maximizes Western interests. Today, the non-Western political structures are expected to follow-only-tkhe Western interests in their mother lands. It is a very narrow role which can be compared with the functions of small municipalities. They are expected not to behave according to their own national interests; but according to the interests of Western powers which are usually called "international system" or "international society". | |
