dc.description.abstractThe oral health conditions of people with special health care needs are affected by many factors and they are prone to have very poor oral hygiene. To provide good oral health, dentists must understand the special needs of those patients and their ability to respond dental care. We as dentists, should develope an effective caries preventive program and an appropriate treatment plan for special health care individuals in order to obtain an optimum oral hygiene.
