D: LPS-responsive beige-like anchor (LRBA) deficiency presents with susceptibility to infections, autoimmunity, and lymphoproliferation. The long-term efficacy of cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4-immunoglobulin (abatacept) as targeted therapy for its immune dysregulatory features remains to be established.
