dc.description.abstract | We reviewed the medical records of patients with periodic fever, aphthosis, pharyngitis, and adenitis (PFAPA) to investigate the clinical course, treatment response, and association with MEFV gene mutation. Familial Mediterranean fever should be considered in patients with PFAPA who do not respond to adenotonsillectomy. | |
