dc.description.abstractTwo 12-year-old, premenarchal girls presenting with acute abdominal pain due to torsion of their unilateral accessory Fallopian tubes are presented. These two patients are the first reported cases of isolated torsion of the accessory tubes in the world literature. Diagnostic difficulties and operative management of this rare condition are discussed.
