dc.description.abstractNew freshwater genera (Anadoludamnicola and Sivasi) of Hydrobiidae are described for new hydrobiid species (Anadoludamnicola gloeri and Sivasi bodoni) from material collected from provinces Sivas and Malatya (Turkey), using anatomical and morphological data. For now, Sivasi is known from a single locality, while we expect Anadoludamnicola will be found to be commonly distributed in Anatolia.
