dc.description.abstractFish and fish products are important sources in nutrition, especially for kids and youths. Turkey has the geographical advantage of being surrounded on three sides by the sea. However, the usage of seas unconsciously and fishing illegally cause pollution, which threatens human health, and decrease fish rates.
