dc.description.abstractEvidences have a great significance in criminal procedural law to find out material truths. However, there must be some restrictions on obtaining and assessing evidences in a criminal procedure based on the rule of law. The aim of this study is to show the legislative outlook of the current legislation regarding unlawfully obtained evidences in Turkish criminal procedure law.
