Norditerpenoid alkaloids from Delphinium pyrimadale

Abstract

From the aerial parts of Delphinium pyrimadale a new norditerpenoid alkaloid, 8-acetylcondelphine, has been isolated, together with the known alkaloids isotalatizidine, condelphine and senbusine C. The structure of the new alkaloid was established on the basis of H-1, C-13, APT, DEFT homonuclear COSY, HETCOR and COLOC NMR spectral studies and by chemical reactions.
