Özet
The purpose of this study is to reveal the overall shape of the Korean people are located the Korean War veterans of Turkey. Korea and Turkey formed a close relationship as an ancient alliance, and then went through their respective paths to modern times through the massive movement of the Turk. After that long time, the place where the two met again was the space-time of the war of Korea in 1951. This is the moment when memories of unfamiliar brothers encountered in the saturation of the war and the image of Koreans as intense as the resound of the war came to their place. The reason why the Turkish people referred to the Koreans as 'Blood Brothers' and sent a somewhat unconditional favor is that the memories of the Korean war veterans with such intense resilience spread around them and are now solidified by the Turkish general Korean perception. Then, what is the appearance of Koreans who remained in such an intense form for them? It is noteworthy that most of the Koreans who are vividly portrayed in the oral stories of the Korean War veterans of Turkey, It appears in the form of a typical weak person. It is a well-known fact that the dictation of experience goes through the process of reconstructing the memories of facts into narratives with their own meaning. Therefore, in the study of oral life stories, characters or events that are specifically pronounced in the story can serve as a base for understanding the context in which the speaker thinks about his or her own experiences. Therefore, understanding the Koreans as the weak peoples that remain almost consistent form for most of the Korean War veterans in Turkey can be the key to understanding the context in which they signify the Korean War, as well as focusing on the Korean War veterans in general. It will be a way to illuminate the foundation of the perception of the Korean brothers who had been preached in Korea.
