Deadlock Of Public Finance Theory: Global Public Goods (Financing Global Public Goods Within Economic Development Assistances)

Abstract

This study tries to find an answer to the question of what really so called "global public goods" are relying on the idea that it is not possible to analyze the newly reputable concept of global public goods with theoretical tools of renown public finance within a political structure of today's world and taking into account that the subject is more like a development issue, linkages between global public goods and economic development is evaluated within the frontiers of economic development aids allocated to finance the global public goods.
