Postoperative Rehabilitation in Patients with Hip Fracture

Abstract

Although hip fractures are important problems which cause worldwide severe issues, optimal healing and survival can be achieved with appropriate treatment management. The purpose of the rehabilitation is to convey patient to the highest possible functional level and to prevent new fractures. Both cooperation and coordination between surgeons and rehabilitation specialists are very important to provide suitable treatment and rehabilitation approach.
