PIONEERING ANATOMIST IN THE TURKICIZATION OF ANATOMY
Özet
Anatomist Zeki Zeren draws attention with his long efforts for the Turkishization of the language of science. He graduated from military medicine as a civilian in 1923. On 17 June 1933, the Anatolian Faculty of Medicine entered the doctrine of doctors. Professor of Anatomy at Paris Medical School R.P. he worked in Rouvierre's laboratory with and, through his researches there, notified himself two of his original theses at the Paris Anatomy Society. Zeren, who has more than thirty medical publications, also has systematic prepared textbooks. He also served as deputy of 12th term Istanbul in TBMM. He passed away on November 19, 1973 and was buried in the family cemetery in Karacaahmet.
