In analyzing the data, averages and percentages are calculated and Chi-square tests are performed. The average age of the students in our study was 20.7 +/- A 1.718 years and only 39.0% of them had sufficient knowledge on sexuality. Analysis revealed that there were differences between men and women about their reported relationship with the opposite sex (p < 0.001), premarital sexual intercourse (p < 0.001), expectation of virginity from spouse (p < 0.001) and sexual preference (p < 0.001) were significant. We have concluded that university students' sexual knowledge is insufficient, their behaviors and attitudes are influenced by traditional approaches and understanding of sexuality differs between two genders.
