Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To compare two commonly used sperm preparation techniques, density gradient centrifugation and swim-up procedures, with respect to thier effects on acrosome reaction (AR), hypoosmotic swelling (HOS) and nuclear maturity in men with abnormal and normal semen analyses.
