Post-dural puncture headache (PDPH) can be seen with the perforation of the dura during epidural analgesia attempts as well as after spinal anesthesia, and it is a problem that reduces the quality of life of patients and prevents the functions at the advanced degree when it continues despite conventional therapy. Hydration and conventional analgesics are used in treatment of post-dural puncture headache, in addition epidural blood patch, fibrin patch, saline or colloid implementation are also available for the treatment. Epidural blood patch is the most common method that used in the treatment of persistent post-dural puncture headache. A limited number of publications on the epidural application of colloid, saline infusion and fibrin patch for the treatment are available. We aimed to evaluate the PDPH treatment regarding successfully treated with epidural colloid in two cases.
