An Evaluation of Turkish Forest Legislation From the Point of Participatory Forest Management

Abstract

Legal, conceptual and social dimensions of Participation has been reviewed in first chapter of this paper. Important parts of participation as social dimension of participation, Social systems, administrative systems and social and conceptual characters of participation has been tried to explain. Subjects as sorts and forms of participation and characteristics of participatory groups are classified and basic conditions of participation mentioned in this chapter separetly. With mentioning general situation of participation in Turkish Law legal dependents, sorts and dimensions of participation has been reviewed in second chapter.
